The power valve on the model B roch. is hard to get correct. First make sure the hole in the bottom of the carb has a passage to the vacuum in the intake manifold. Make sure the power valve piston goes in the hole & knocks the ball off the seat. Make sure the vacuum advance is working. You should be able to see the dist turn at part throttle.
