What kind of H4 housings are you using?
If you are using cheap China or India housings toss them and go with a good Hella, Bosch or Cibie housing. It is literally a night and day difference.
Are you using relays and are your grounds good? what kind of voltage drop are you getting at the headlight connector compared to the battery voltage?
