Originally from the Catskills (where the truck is currently stationed) but currently living in Syracuse. From the Vin my truck is from St. Louis, MO but it doesn't have the original engine in it. The paperwork I got when I bought it says it has a 261 from a 1955 1 1/2 ton grain truck. Thanks for the comments and support, I know I'll have plenty of questions, and I know I came to the right place!
