Canada	Hy Gene_Spartan80, it looks like you have part of the parking brake system, you have the rear housing of the transmission which incorporates a pivot shaft for the two shoe type of parking brake. So you need the brake drum, shoes, and linkage to connect it all to the handle in the cab. Post an ad in the parts wanted forum, hope that helps.
