I used a Suburban/Panel Truck tank which mounts on the passenger side between the frame rail and drive shaft. I routed the filler pipe back to the rear fender behind the rear tire. I've only filled it once, I just got it on the road and other than filling it slow so it doesn't burp back I like it. The TF Sub/Panel tank fits the pickup frame perfect, modified the in-cab straps to work under the truck.
I still carry my spare under the bed in the factory location.
