The rear sway bar is installed. I used the CP169 kit, fitment was ok. I used the supplied flat plates between the axle U bolts and sway bar D grommets. The supplied angle brackets would not work, so I fabricated my own. I did a one inch offset to the right, the fit between gas tank and leaf spring was tight but was doable. The new angle brackets were seven and one half inches tall and five inches for the left, three inches for the right. The end result is very satisfactory, eliminated most of the rear body roll I was experiencing. Next will be a rear shock conversion.
Yes, I have an open the drive line. 261 cubic inch engine, 3 speed on the column with B/W overdrive, and a 55 to 59 era HO33 rear diff.
