I agree, that flaring tool looks sweet, but too much for my budget. I bought a good-old plain Jane USA made double flaring tool from Sears for ~$45. The design is much like the cheapo Chinese versions but was tooled much more precisely. It seems to be relatively well made and has created many leak/crack free flares on steel lines. I would not recommend it for stainless though.
