You got it! I was using the long, untwisted end (on the right in the pic) for installing the springs. Still, being new springs they were very difficult to get over the post and in place. I'm actually a bit worried about taking them off next weekend. Worried that I might lose control of them and send them flying into something, like my skull. So I think I'll add a face shield in addition to my safety glasses when I do the removal! Better safe than sorry. I am decidedly uncool at this stage, I think I'll take them apart piece by piece and try to get it right this time. chug
