Let's see. Purchased new in MO, sold to a man in TN who sold it to a man in NC. Now a guy in GA is selling it with no title. Something doesn't sound right. And he wants "less than $ 10,000" for reserve. That is a lot of geedus for a truck with title issues. If you went through all the hassle in Texas and they did issue a title it would probably be for a "1949 Rebuilt". Try to get your money back out of it with a title like that.
