Thanks for the pictures Brad, That does sort of clear things up. It would certainly explain the lack of the rubber boots. My truck has the "well Worn" seal around the shifter, but the Ebrake did not, but had a metal flange of sorts floating freely around the base of the handle under the transmission cover plate.
