Never used por 15 but a lot of the guys here have so hold on they will help. As for the wire wheel and such get the wire wheel that fits a 4" grinder (my son and I call it the wheel of death) It Works. Just take your time when you think you got it good enough do it again.
I am a big fan of Eastwood they have helped immensley always ready to answer questions. Had 1 problem and they couldn't fix it fast enough I like their service.
