I have a 55 1st 3600 and I was cleaning up the steering knuckle by the king pins and saw remnants of light green paint on the end of the I beam axle where the king pin comes through. Then I bought a pair of used rear drums and noticed traces of this same green paint on the outside of the drums. Was puke green the factory color of the brake drums and front axle ends?
