Allen if only I could figure out a way to do that. There aren't alot of strong enough points on the cab in the right places. Thats why I went to all the trouble of making a Think Tank section of my website. So people could brainstorm such an idea.
Back in the day, at the factory, I think they sent them down the conveyor using the fender wells somehow, kind of how a fork lift with special lift ends would do it, but no evidence. Not much strength anywhere.
