| | | | Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 430 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2010 Posts: 430 | I made this bed at the end of last year before pulling the cab off to restore. I wanted it to look old but function as my other flat beds do. I used 10" channel and cut arch from the frame rials out. I then added holes for the look. We galvanize a lot of stuff with my business and I had this galvanized before remounting it. I had the oak boards milled to a true 2"X8". I will more than likely replace them in a year or two as the quality wasn't what I expected.
