Does anyone know where to find the tool used to install new rivets in a new VIN plate. My truck has the original plate but it is in rough shape and I need to do some welding next to it. Classic parts sells new plates and the rivets but I have been told that it is hard to find the tool that installs the rivets. Would appreciate any help.
