From horizontal and assuming my truck sits on its tires reasonably level, the pitch is 15 degrees up from the dash to the firewall.
If I can upload a pic later I will. Can't seem to accomplish that at the moment.

Keep in mind that the inclination dial is hanging off the
bottom of the brace. You can interpret that as 15 or 75 degrees depending on where you measure it from, dash or firewall.
