Hy TK421, yes a machine shop would be fine, anywhere with a press, it doesn't need to be absolutely perfect. Once the alignment shop sets the toe the tie rod doesn't see a whole lot of stress, trying to steer while sitting still is the most stress on it, hope that helps.
