Oly - at the least you need a competant sheet metal worker to fab the piece for ya - compound curves no fun if ya don't know how and have lots experience - if it is in fact just screwed on then you can replace it once you find someone capable of making it, but I'd bet it's a bit more complicated than that - the gutter on the later series trucks covers the seam where the turret top joins the side pieces, and consists of both pieces flanged together - maybe the deco is different, but I remember caulking my 46 when it was getting painted, and seems to me it was same as later - yours rotten or bent?
