Tommy 'Bolter T Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 Metairie,La.	yes it will, anything v8 or 6 cyl after 1963 have the same pattern for the transmission. I think the newer LS engines may be different. Tommy 59 apache 1/2t 261 short stepside
