The company is Collectors Auto, their website shows an address in Oroville, Washington but I think that is a shipping facility they use. The company is actually in British Columbia. Phone is 800-414-4462. The part number for the emblem for these trucks that I found in my Chevrolet parts book is 3684340. Their website shows these to be NOS but they are imports. They show the above part number but I have no idea if these are actually the right emblems or not. I have also seen posts from others on this site saying the Chinese repros are real poor quality.
