I have a 49 suburban w clamshell doors. The "lifts" that hold open the clamshell were non existent when I purchased. Does anyone know of a vendor that repops these? I looked at past posts but could not find any references. I've also considered trying to retrofit new style lifts from current model hatchbacks so if anyone has done this please let me know what worked. Thanks
