Blasting has saved us hundreds of hours.
We have had everything blasted. All fenders, cab, doors, hood, etc. In the areas where rust was located they used sand - I think they changed to some other product (soda maybe) for paint stripping - I wasn't there.
We had no warping - but it can happen. Overall having the cab alone blasted cost us about $300us.
