I placed some foam where the bed was(others have used a mattress) and just rolled it on its back(rear window) and lifted it off. Doors, dash, innards were removed. Three guys could lift it off. I didnt have any issues with the doors but I made new door bottoms about 6-7 inches up and fitted doors to cab. I've heard where others cross braced the cab to maintain clearances but I didn't have those issues. I mounted cab using the original mounts when fitting the doors.
