That is the interior panel that wraps the back window. There are two panels one each side that fit from the door latch side to the inner rib on the bottom. Passenger side is slotted to allow for gas tank filler. They could easily be made if you can't locate. I have two that I could take a picture of or could make you a pattern if needed.
