There is no way a 216 would go 139K without a major over haul
which would including a cylinder bore. You were lucky to make
it to 60L or 70K with out having to clean up the bore.
Both of my trucks, the 216 and the 235, with a little over
50k miles on them, had enough taper and wear in the cylinders
that it took .020" to clean up.
