There is info on the web for one piece windows. Several of the Classic Truck type mags have featured that mod. Kits are available. The orig roll up has a frame around it and the one piece does not, seems like the run channel will have to be narrower on the "ID" than standard run channel? Kits supposedly do not have run channel on front side of window. Weird. This is a 55-59, Several very good videos (5) by the same guy showing how to save some money.
