Back when I was "runnin"' freight down I-35,there was a semi-truck junkyard,just south of Kansas City. Does anyone know if it's still in business?? Back in the mid '80's they had about 40 acres of vintage assorted "Big trucks",from the '30's-'late'70's. I remember thinking,"If I win the "Lottery",I'm stopping there first"! If anyone would have a vintage sleeper,they would,if they're still in business!
That yard was at Wellsville, Ks. It closed just a few years ago. They had acres of old truck salvage. It was all disposed of.
