Well, I brought another one home and saved it from the crusher. It will need a hole lot of work. The frame has been shortened at some point in it's life and it wasn't done very well. It has almost rusted in half. This would suggest that the cab is even rustier, but to my surprise, it isn't all that bad!

I believe I have another chassis waiting for me in Texas as soon as I can go down and get it! It is a 195" wheel base and will make this COE cab look interestingly short.

We will see what direction it takes. For now it will sit until I get some other work complete and my 46 2-ton painted and back on the road!
