the original mechanical temp gauge will work with any engine, provided the tube is long enough to reach where the temp sensor goes, it might if the truck was an original V8, if not you can use the aftermarket gauge or find an electric temp gauge from a 56-59 truck, which is a direct replacement and the senders can be found at any FLAPS
amp gauge can be checked for continuity with an ohmmeter, it's just a thru circuit that reads the amount [or not] of current flow, if it has continuity it'll work
oil pressure depends on condition of the engine, might be 60# cold with a good engine, should be 10-30# when up to temp, as long as it has some
