Hi guys, temps were about 40 today in KC so we tried to free it up again with no success. We did find way to much free play in the pedal and adjusted accordingly with no success. I removed the dust cover but the 10.75" pressure plate encloses the disk so a no go on using something to move the disk away. The bearing and pressure plate appeared to be working but you never really know. The truck is heading to the shop Tuesday for repair as its too cold now to do it outside. Thanks for all the advice.
