I would continue to look on craigslist and ebay. I am a Delta fan for most major tools, planer, drill press lathe, table saw etc. Problem is Delta is or has disappeared into the corporate buyout world. They are not being made anymore, acording to a local tool supplier. Parts are NOS or aftermarket.
One trick you can use is to search e-bay and find any large tool and then search who posted it. There are many places that sell old machines, big and small. You can also look at various government surplus programs. Always be careful to check for three phase stuff. Conversions may be costly
