I just wanted to tahnk everybody that has helped me. I am 62 and have always wanted to own an early model truck like my Great Father and Grand Father owned that I rode in as a child. That wish came true a month ago when I bought my 1948 Chevy 3100 truck. Although it was mostly restored when I got it, there were still things that needed to be fixed. Be a rookie, I relied on this forum for a lot of information and instruction. Because of this, I repaired the turn signals, heater, installed horns and many other items. Some one saw my truck and encouraged me to enter into their car show. I did, my very first show, was last Sunday. I wondered what I was doing there as every car and truck were muscle cars and I the only stock truck. Thanks to all of you, I won the Sponsor's award for best car in show. Thank you all
