opposite Carl, the maroon was applied on top the black material
Bill
Bill, to clarify my lack of knowledge on this topic, until recently I thought that the under-lying black color in the fissures was just dirt and grime. After seeing good examples since then, I can now see that it is not dirt and grime.
If the maroon was applied on top the black material, how did they avoid getting the maroon color into the low lying fissures?
Carl
