Pre '68 Dave 'Bolter P Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 Snohomish,WA,USA	1954-62 235 and 1954-63 261 will interchange. 1953 Powerglide 235 will also fit, but I have seen where the hole for the pilot bushing was undersize on these, as these were only used with automatics.
