For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 12 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 12 | To remedy my heater wants, I bought a Vintage Air Gen2 Heater Defrost. $230 is better than $400+ for original. I want functionality more. But I am not sure if I can use a 12 volt converter, which goes to 15amps, or I will have to have an auxiliary 12 volt battery to power it only. But first I have to install it, no garage to work in and it was 5 deg F here yesterday! I did drive it Sun afternoon, froze my butt off, but had a blast! Have a leaky radiator, so probably will have to replace that soon too. *sigh*
