If the 5 window only has a rotten floorboard then it should be preserved. It is in too good a shape to justify destroying one of those cabs.
I was shopping for a 5 window but found a 3 window I couldn't pass up. Now I like the 3 window better. I think it has more of a period look with the small rear window.
Fix them both.
