I hope this helps. I didn't do the bushings on mine but I did the ball joints.

Grind off the rivet heads and then drill a dimple in the center so your punch can stay in place better. Just a little divet in the middle will do. Then use a sledge and good strong punch - see photo.

Your new Upper ball joints will bolt on. The lower ball joints are press fit IIRC.

When bolting the LCA back in place, make sure you line up the dimple with the bump so it seats properly. Photos say it best. See Below.
