Linings looked good, new a couple years ago when I rebuild the brake system. Cylinders are dry and drum is nice and shiny. Backed off the adjusters quite a bit to get the drum off, and did not tighten them down when I reassembled. My thinking was that maybe the springs are not retracting the shoes enough, and if I leave more space between the shoes and drums, maybe they won't lock up. Guess that didn't work.
