I have a 1952 3100. Then "emergency brake" hardware is missing. Nothing from the brake pedal in the cab all the way back to the rear wheels. There is a stump of a cable that appears to have been cut off....

Purchased cable... Looking at what is still attached to the truck and what I received in the mail, I am thinking I didn't order the right part. Once inside the wheel, what hooks up to what?
Can anybody provide some assistance on what I need to do here?
