Me and my 16 year old son is doing a 45. He took off everything that can be removed including the rocker panels. I don't think the bare shell weighs more that 200 lbs. The two of us removed it by hand quite easily. But when we set it on the ground the bottom rear corners wanted to bend in. So, you definitly need to set it on some kind of dolly.
