And the speed of the turn over with out a run out when released, Sounds like 12 Volt starter in a 12 Volt truck. Easy to rebuild and the parts are not too expensive. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=951195&cc=1326091 This the part that is going away.
