Welcome! If you have an original truck and manual steering, drive ability will be best with a tall, narrow tire. I used Yokohama 700R15 tires that closely match the originals. Two benefits to this - the steering effort is quite light and the tall tire improves your effective gearing. If you have power steering and modern diff ratios, then it is a question of aesthetics.
