I need to rebuild the modelB rochester carb on my truck it has a 1962 -235 six with hydralic lifters. The B tends to get damp after a good trip on the bowl and if you wipe it with a rag you do smell gas .It has the2-15/16 inch base . I have a 1967manual choke carb ROCHESTER (292) nos in a box that has the same base and the choke cable will hook right up and the gas pedal attachment will also. Before i try this out is there any pros or cons youse guys would like to share with me or should i just rebuild the B. thanks for any feedback on this BJF
