It's a new master cylinder, 6 months old. It still could be that. If it was the master cylinder, wouldn't both rear brakes be hanging/dragging. Not just one side. Also, why would the left do it and then the right do it but not together. I suspect the rubber lines going to each wheel. The age is unknown for the rubber brake hoses.
