Caliper slides holding it from returning? Brake hose with a slight restriction not letting caliper fully release? I would start by taking the pins and slides out and cleaning them good, then lube them up and I would also shine up the area on the spindle that the caliper slides against and also the caliper side and then lube it up when it goes back together. Take it for a good ride and get the brakes heated up a few times and then when you get back to the shop jack the front end up and spin each wheel, see if they both feel the same. Good luck, Don
