I just purchased a rebuilt rocker assembly and installed it. My old one had two rubber rings one on each side of the oiling collar. My rebuilt set didn't come with any rubber rings. Should these rings be there? I used the old ones. Oil is getting to both ends but I have a stream running out at the collar. Help I'm sick of tik tik tik
