The Rotella Fleet Diesel 30w oil is formulated for 1993 and older engines, so it says on the label. I use it in all my old engines, lawn mowers, tractors, etc. I also use it my Model A and the 39 Chevy truck with a 216. I've had no problems with it, so far.
