I don't know, Dave, looks more like a Truck 12 bolt to me. I've never seen a Spicer without a filler plug on the cover, and if I'm not mistaken, I believe that the 45 has a 10 bolt cover, same as the 44. One way to know for sure is to look for a "45" somewhere on the center section.
