pictures might help Troy ... a pressure cap only works on a rad with a neck to accommodate one, the older rads were no pressure, up to the late 40's ... look inside and you might be able see how many rows of tubes yours has, probably 2 ... by the time of 235s, a 4# pressure cap was being used, a pre-pressure rad might cool it OK, but the rad is just one part of the cooling system
