My 48 still has the original braces installed with the rivets, but I dont have pictures or a way to post them. The brace itself looks like a pressed c-shape that tapers as it gets to the outer edge of the fender. It attaches to the bed at the upper center screws that hold the fender on and to the lip of the fender with two small rivets. Hope that makes sense. I can take a picture this weekend and send to somebody that has a way to post if anybody wants.
